PT Mitra Edukasi dan Publikasi is responsible for the institutional and administrative support of IJoRCE, including the provision and maintenance of the journal's publishing infrastructure, website, and other services required to ensure the continuity of journal publication.

Journal Management

The scholarly and editorial management of IJoRCE is conducted by the Editorial Team under the leadership of the Editor-in-Chief. The Editorial Team is responsible for managing manuscript submissions, peer review, editorial evaluation, publication decisions, and the implementation of the journal's editorial and publication policies.

Peer Reviewers contribute independent scholarly evaluations of submitted manuscripts in accordance with the journal's Peer-Review Policy and Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement.

Editorial Independence

Ownership of the journal does not confer authority over individual editorial decisions. Decisions concerning the acceptance, revision, rejection, correction, or retraction of manuscripts are made by the Editor-in-Chief and/or designated Editors on the basis of scholarly merit, peer-review outcomes, research integrity, and compliance with IJoRCE editorial policies.

The publisher does not interfere with the independent evaluation of individual manuscripts or require Editors to make editorial decisions for commercial, institutional, personal, or other non-scholarly interests.
