Data Availability and Reproducibility Policy
The International Journal of Research and Community Empowerment (IJoRCE) is committed to promoting transparency, research integrity, and reproducibility by ensuring that the availability of research data supporting published findings is clearly stated.
Data Availability
Every manuscript submitted to IJoRCE must include a Data Availability Statement. Authors must clearly indicate whether the data supporting the findings of the study are:
-
publicly available;
-
available from the authors upon reasonable request; or
-
subject to ethical, legal, privacy, or institutional restrictions.
In accordance with the official IJoRCE Manuscript Template 2026, the data supporting the findings of a study are available from the authors upon reasonable request, subject to applicable ethical approval and institutional regulations.
Where research data cannot be made publicly available, the relevant ethical, legal, privacy, or institutional restrictions must be appropriately stated.
Author Responsibility and Reproducibility
Authors are responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of the research data and analyses reported in their manuscript.
Through the Statement of Manuscript Authenticity, the authors confirm that the manuscript includes a Data Availability Statement indicating whether the research data are publicly available, available upon reasonable request, or subject to ethical or legal restrictions. The authors also confirm that they have full access to the research data, accept responsibility for the correctness of the data analysis, and have the authority to prepare and submit the manuscript for publication.
The availability and integrity of supporting research data are intended to facilitate the verification and reproducibility of published research, subject to applicable ethical, legal, privacy, and institutional requirements.
Author Declaration
Authors must ensure that the Data Availability Statement accurately reflects the actual availability of and conditions for access to the research data supporting their manuscript.
The Data Availability Statement is included in the official IJoRCE Manuscript Template 2026, while the Statement of Manuscript Authenticity requires authors to confirm the availability, accessibility, and integrity of the research data supporting their manuscript.
