Fast-Track Review
IJoRCE offers a fast-track peer review service for authors who require an expedited publication process due to specific academic or institutional needs. Despite the accelerated timeline, IJoRCE remains committed to maintaining rigorous peer review standards, editorial impartiality, and publication ethics.
Participation in the fast-track review process does not influence the acceptance or rejection of a manuscript. Every manuscript remains subject to academic evaluation, peer review, editorial assessment, and the journal’s publication ethics standards.
The fast-track review service fee is IDR 1,000,000 and does not include the article publication fee. This fee may be billed in advance after the manuscript is confirmed as eligible for fast-track review and before the peer review process begins. The fast-track review fee is non-refundable, even if the manuscript is ultimately rejected for publication.
Waiver Policy
IJoRCE prioritizes the quality of submitted manuscripts above all else. Authors experiencing financial hardship may request a fee waiver or reduction by contacting the IJoRCE Editorial Team.
Waiver requests may be submitted by:
-
Undergraduate students serving as the first author or corresponding author; or
-
Authors with limited financial resources, particularly those from developing countries.
All waiver or fee reduction requests will be considered individually and will not affect the editorial evaluation, peer review process, or editorial decision regarding the submitted manuscript.
Article Withdrawal, Correction, and Retraction Fees
To maintain the integrity of scholarly publishing, IJoRCE implements a policy on manuscript or article withdrawal, correction, and article retraction in accordance with publication ethics principles and the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
Manuscript or article Withdrawal, Correction, Erratum, Corrigendum, or Retraction may be undertaken when errors, ethical issues, authorship concerns, legal concerns, or other matters are identified that may affect the clarity, accuracy, validity, reliability, or integrity of the scholarly work.
Requests made to correct errors caused by the journal or publisher, or to maintain the integrity of scholarly publishing for ethical, legal, or scientific reasons, may be processed without any fee, subject to editorial evaluation.
A processing fee of IDR 1,000,000 per request may be applied when manuscript or article withdrawal, correction, or article retraction is requested for non-scientific or non-ethical reasons, particularly after the peer review process has begun or been completed, after acceptance, during copyediting, layout, proofreading, production, or after publication.
This fee is intended solely to cover administrative, editorial, review-related, technical, or production-related work that has been or must be carried out by the journal. The fee does not influence the peer review process, editorial decisions, acceptance, rejection, correction, article retraction, manuscript or article withdrawal, or any other editorial action.
Manuscript or article withdrawal must be requested in writing by the corresponding author and must include a clear reason for the request. IJoRCE may request confirmation from all authors before processing the withdrawal request.
Withdrawal due to duplicate submission, concurrent submission, submission to another journal, or other non-ethical reasons may be subject to the processing fee and may also be handled in accordance with the journal’s Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement.
Retracted articles may remain available on the journal website when appropriate, clearly marked as Retracted and accompanied by an official notice explaining the reasons for the retraction. This is intended to maintain transparency, accountability, and the integrity of scholarly publishing.
Subscription Fee
