FAST-TRACK REVIEW

IJoRCE offers a fast-track peer review service for authors who require expedited publication due to specific academic or institutional needs. Despite the accelerated timeline, IJoRCE remains committed to maintaining rigorous peer review standards and editorial impartiality.

It is important to note that participation in the fast-track review process does not influence the editorial decision regarding the acceptance or rejection of a manuscript. The fast-track review service requires a fee of IDR 1.000,000 (excluding the publication fee), which might be billed in advance, after the manuscript is confirmed as eligible for fast-track review and prior to the peer-review process. This fee is non-refundable, even if the manuscript is ultimately rejected for publication.

WAIVER POLICY

IJoRCE prioritizes the quality of submitted manuscripts above all else. Authors experiencing financial hardship may request a fee waiver or reduction by contacting the editorial office.

Waiver requests may be submitted by:

  • Undergraduate students serving as the first author or corresponding author, or

  • Authors with limited financial resources, particularly those from developing countries

All requests will be considered individually and will not affect the editorial evaluation or decision-making process.

ARTICLE CORRECTION AND RETRACTION FEES

To maintain the integrity and reliability of the scholarly record, International Journal of Research and Community Empowerment (IJoRCE) implements a policy on article correction and retraction in accordance with the principles and guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics. Article corrections or retractions may be undertaken when, after the peer review process or after publication, errors or ethical issues are identified that affect the clarity, accuracy, or validity of the scholarly work. Requests related to maintaining the integrity of the scholarly record might be processed without any fee.

All requests are subject to editorial evaluation. A processing fee of IDR 1,000,000 per request may be applied in cases where withdrawal or correction is requested for non-scientific or non-ethical reasons, particularly after the peer review process has begun or been completed, and is intended solely to cover administrative and review-related costs without influencing editorial decisions. In accordance with COPE standards, retracted articles will remain accessible as part of the scholarly record, clearly marked as “Retracted”, and accompanied by an official retraction notice explaining the reasons for the retraction, ensuring transparency and accountability in scholarly publishing.
